Carol-Ann is a UNC graduate (Go Heels!) with a mortgage industry background in Loan Set-Up, Re-Disclosure, Escrow, and Post-Closing.
She is skilled at working in high-volume settings, identifying and remedying file-specific issues, and coordinating the management of multiple workflows.
She recently bought her own first home, to share with her pups Winnie and Lou, and hasn’t had a second without a smile since! She loves DIY projects in her downtime, and hosting a full house of family and friends whenever she can.
She believes in making the most of our moments, and is always intent to bring highly positive, purposed energy to each task, each client, and each day!
