After more than 20 years as a leading sales executive, Tanya Cofresi has joined Milestones Mortgage Solutions as a Mortgage Broker. In her role as Senior Loan Officer, Tanya is in charge of customer relationships serving home buyers with all their finance and refinancing needs.
Mrs. Cofresi has been recognized for her ability to critically evaluate and rapidly respond to continuous change. Her ability as a team player with a proven track record in account management and relationship building is an asset to the Milestones Mortgage Team. During her years in corporate sales, Tanya was recognized for her ability to close businesses, streamline processes and present new products in fast-changing industries. Awards included the Woman’s Leadership Initiative, the Winner’s Circle, and the coveted Changed Champion, among others.
Her professional experience is only part of her success. Tanya is also a competitive sailor who has participated in multiple international regattas. Sailing competitively gives her an opportunity to stay active, enjoy the outdoors and develop her skills as a team player who understands the value of working together towards a common goal.
Tanya graduated at the top of her class from Duquesne University, Pittsburgh, PA with a Bachelor’s Degree in Arts and a Minor in Marketing. She continued her higher education and joined the Dean’s list when she got her Master’s Degree in Finance from Bryant University, Smithfield, RI. She lives in Dartmouth MA, is married to Sean Reardon and has two beautiful daughters who keep her active and young.
